35. Dispute Resolution
    Informal Negotiations
    Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 60 days.
    Binding Arbitration
    Any unresolved dispute will be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Brussels, Belgium). Exceptions include claims for intellectual property infringement and requests for injunctive relief, which may be brought in court.

    We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in information on the Services at any time without prior notice.
37. Disclaimer
